A spirited woman born to German immigrants, she had a booming voice, a fondness for cars with big engines, and sold her home on a handshake. Irene's story is one of many modest, patriotic, hard-working men and women. Through personal accountability - and banding together - they built the greatest generation.

It's for these reasons our kitchen + biergarten is rooted in community with a simple gratitude for life and appreciation for those who have traveled, worked hard, and fought for our freedom.

Our space, much like Irene herself, will embrace community, camaraderie, and celebrate the everyday joys of life – heartening food, refreshing beer, and the best company.
